Waste legislation Logistic authorisation
Since the 1st January 2002 are all kinds of electronical used devices (also computer hard disks) classified as waste requiring special supervision (AVV 160213*).
Through this categorisation in the association with electronical used devices are verifications and authorisations for the transport of the goods and devices necessary.
The recycle it GmbH has all the essential authorisations therefore. Concerning to this we are also allowed to transport the hackled hard disk material after the destruction.
p.s.: You will also get the appropriate verifications concerning to § 42 KrW-/AbfG for the operated register.
In that case we also provide legal certainty for our customer.
