Within our 4-times-certification through the LGA InterCert (DIN EN ISO 14001, Regulations pertaining to waste management, LAGA Directive and Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act concerning §11 we have named a responsible person for the data protection. 

Process instruction for the data destruction
Within the management system of the recycle it GmbH is an obligatory process instruction for the data destruction.

Internal and External Audits
The data protection processes and procedures are checked on site by internal and external yearly audits (LGA InterCert).

Additionally to our 4-times-certification is our waste management facility audited from the LGA Intercert onto:

  • the destruction of in need of protection data and information of electronical data mediums concerning to the federal data protection law and according to
  • the DIN 32757 

Responsibility of the staff concerning to Federal Data Protection Act
All colleagues will be obliged and instructed onto the data secrecy concerning to the Federal Data Protection Act at the beginning of their engagement.

The new recycle it-safe concept "SAFE IT"
The complete storage of the electronical used devices takes place in roofed storage areas, which are equipped with optical and acoustical alarm sensors area-wide (VDS- and BHE-Standard).
