The recycle it GmbH is certified according to:
- KrW-/AbfG as waste management facility
- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act
- DIN EN ISO 14001:2009 and
- the LAGA-directive
- Data destruction - DIN 32757 - Technical Guidline BSI-TL3400 - DIN EN 15713
IMPORTANT - please note the legal waste aspects:
Hard disk drives are electronical waste. Your service partner should be in any case a WEEE-certified recycling company, who is allowed to recycle, transport and dispose electronical waste. The necessary waste management code for hard disk drives which should be proved is AVV 160213*. Please check whether the certification of your potential service partner are available.
Also important: Your service partner must have an approval according to the Bundesimmissionsschutzgesetz (§4 BImSchG). The recycle it GmbH has also, as one of the few service provider on the market, the necessary lawful approval.
